CWGC: “Son of Mr and Mrs James L. MacKenzie of 10 Atherfold Road, Stockwell, London. Born at Wimbledon, London.”
Remembered at Hermies British Cemetery, Pas de Calais, France

Brother of Osmond MacKenzie.
